During the Gentse Feesten in Ghent, Kapow will host African musician Ewing Sima for 10 days. Everyday he will play and connect with different Belgian musicians. Suntapes will do the honors on July 19th.

As a congolese top artist he has worked with the likes of Damon Albarn and Témé Tan. In the summer of 2015 the Congolese band Tout Puissant Kimvuka disappeared. Belgian press has covered this extensively since immigration and illegality were hot topics at the time. Since then, the lead singer Ewing Sima and his brother are recognized as political refugees.
